This microcredential incorporates best practices into existing and new courses that prepare students for careers in the new cannabis industry and related ancillary industries.
Required courses are:
- BUS 122 The Business of Cannabis and Hemp
- BUS 123 Marketing New York’s Agricultural Products
- BUS 165 Principles of Entrepreneurship
- ECO 121 Cannabis: A Journey Through History, Society and Policy
This microcredential:
- Comprises 12 credits;
- Is able to be completed in two semesters;
- Costs $231 per credit, for a total of $2,772, plus textbooks and college fees;
These credits are stackable to a degree:

- Liberal Arts and Sciences: Individual Studies Associate in Science
