One of SUNY Adirondack's core values is to make education accessible. We know that for some people, attending class in person isn't possible, so we offer several online learning opportunities.
Business Administration
SUNY Adirondack's Business Administration degree program studies the management of all business operations. This degree can be earned online, or at SUNY Adirondack Queensbury or SUNY Adirondack Saratoga.
Individual Studies
SUNY Adirondack's Liberal Arts and Sciences: Humanities and Social Sciences degree with a concentration in Individual Studies gives you flexibility to design a degree program to support your goals. This degree can be earned online, or at SUNY Adirondack Queensbury or SUNY Adirondack Saratoga.
Liberal Arts and Sciences: Humanities and Social Sciences
Our Humanities and Social Sciences degree program provides a diverse education in which you choose from various studies and learn new ways of interpreting and experiencing the world. This degree can be earned online, in person or hybrid (a mix).
Management, Marketing and Entrepreneurship
SUNY Adirondack's Management, Marketing and Entrepreneurship program studies business, management and communication. Case studies, interactive sessions and internships help provide knowledge useful in real-life business situations. This degree can be earned online, or at SUNY Adirondack Queensbury or SUNY Adirondack Saratoga.
Continuing Education
SUNY Adirondack's Office of Continuing Education offers a variety of online and hybrid (face-to-face courses with an online component) noncredit courses. Learn something new, pick up a new hobby or take a tour of a regional attraction.
CareerStep Online Training Programs
SUNY Adirondack Continuing Education has partnered with CareerStep to offer noncredit certification training. Programs include Behavioral and Psychiatric Health Technician, Medical Administrative Assistant, Medical Assistant, Medical Coding and Billing for Outpatient Services, Patient Care Technician, Pharmacy Technician, Veterinary Assistant and Veterinary Receptionist.
Online career training
Ed2Go is one of SUNY Adirondack’s online training partners. Through instructor-led and self-paced online learning programs, students can take short noncredit courses to pursue personal interests or explore career fields. In addition, fully online certificate programs are available, some offering industry-recognized credentials in high-need fields, including health care and information technology.
UGotClass online certificates and courses
SUNY Adirondack Continuing Education has partnered with the Learning Resources Network (LERN) to offer several other online professional development certificates and courses. Learn about negotiation, data analysis, digital marketing, video marketing or social media for business
Center for Legal Studies courses
The Center for Legal Studies (CLS BY BARBRI) offers noncredit courses, including Paralegal Certificate, Advanced Paralegal Certificate and Legal Nurse Consultant trainings.
Online learning complaints and grievances
As a member of the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA), SUNY Adirondack adheres to complaint resolution policies and procedures outlined within the SARA Policy Manual.
