Participants in the Cybersecurity Fundamentals microcredential will learn the basics of network vulnerabilities and threats. 

 

 

The Cybersecurity microcredential requires: 

  • CIS 131 Introduction to Networking
  • CIS 133 Network Fundamentals
  • CIS 134 LAN/WAN Technologies
  • CIS 136 IT Security Essentials

Student is also able to take Network+ and Security+ examinations off-campus. 

This microcredential:

  • Comprises 14 credits;
  • Is able to be completed in two semesters;
  • Costs $240 per credit, for a total of $3,360, plus textbooks and college fees

These credits are stackable to:

  • Cybersecurity and Networking
