If you were connected to “accwireless” before, you should "Forget Network" and reboot before connecting using new settings.

To log in to the SUNY Adirondack wifi:

  1. Choose "SUNY-ADK" as the available wireless network on your wifi list.
  2. Enter your SUNY Adirondack Network login name and password and other requested information. (Note:  Faculty, staff and students should always connect to SUNY-ADK, NOT SUNY-ADK-Guest. You will not be able to connect to SUNY-ADK-Guest with your sunyacc.edu or wolfmail.sunyacc.edu email address.)
  3. The exact wireless settings are different based on the type of device you are using.
  4. Once you have entered your connection information, select "Join" (or "Connect" on some devices).
  5. You may be asked to accept the server's certificate.  Select "Trust" (or "Continue" on some devices) when prompted. Or just continue if you are not asked to accept a certificate.

It may take a few minutes to connect when you log into SUNY-ADK for the first time. However, once you have established your connection, you should immediately reconnect when you are in range of our updated wireless network.

Login info for guests

SUNY Adirondack offers a wireless network to be used by guests/visitors. To connect to the guest network, "SUNY-ADK-Guest" should be selected in Wi-Fi settings. Once the guest accepts the Terms of Service and fills out the form, the connection to the guest wireless network will be established.

The guest will also be provided with a code (guest password) that can be used along with the guest's email address to access the guest wireless network for up to 24 hours. (Note:  Faculty, staff and students should always connect to SUNY-ADK. You will not be able to connect to SUNY-ADK-Guest with your sunyacc.edu or wolfmail.sunyacc.edu email address.)
