R. Thomas Bobal

Bobal possesses bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees in history. Before joining SUNY Adirondack, he taught at Texas A&M University and Georgia State University in Atlanta. His area of specialty is U.S. history since 1945. His research has focused on culture and America's interactions with the larger world, and has been published in the International History Review and elsewhere. He has been awarded the President's Award for Excellence in Teaching.
