Biography

Michele attained a bachelor’s degree from Siena College and worked in special education and state benefit administration before settling into financial aid more than 15 years ago. Before joining SUNY Adirondack in 2014, Michele worked in both private and proprietary colleges in the Capital District. She oversees federal student aid programs at SUNY Adirondack, including disbursement, reconciliation and Return to Title IV. She is an active member of NASFAA as well as NYSFAAA, for which she sits on the DEI Committee.

Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Siena College, 1997

Hobbies and interests

Michele and her family have a hobby farm, abound with an assortment of animals and fowl. Outside of work Michele enjoys baking, traveling, gaming, reading, arts and crafts, spending time outdoors, and quality time with her family and friends.
