Lee Braggs

Lee Braggs was appointed to the Board of Trustees by the New York state governor in 2019. Braggs in 2013 retired after more than 30 years as the chief waste water treatment operator at Great Meadow Correctional Facility. He serves as first vice president of the NAACP Glens Falls Branch and has held a number of offices during his more than 20 years of activity with the organization. His volunteer work also includes having served on the board of World Awareness Children’s Museum and being a trustee and ordained deacon of Faith Tabernacle Baptist Church. 

Bachelor’s degree in sociology from Alcorn State University (Mississippi)
