“We’re always excited to meet future students, and to share what we do here,” said Chef Matt Bolton, instructor of Culinary Arts at SUNY Adirondack. “This region’s food scene is thriving and we are honored to be training future chefs.”

SUNY Adirondack Culinary students have the opportunity to work in Seasoned, the college’s student-run restaurant, to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the food industry, including front-of-house operations, bar, service, menu planning, mixology and more.
