Featuring wines by Joseph Carr and a menu prepared by SUNY Adirondack's talented chefs and culinary students. Each of the four courses will feature a beautifully prepared dish and a glass of wine personally selected by Joseph Carr. You will be treated to information about the pairing as you savor why they work so well together.  

Proceeds benefit the SUNY Adirondack Culinary Arts Program and the Casey Ward Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Seasoned, the SUNY Adirondack Culinary Arts Center and Restaurant is located at 14 Hudson Ave., Glens Falls.
