SUNY Adirondack’s culinary arts program will serve dinner every Wednesday and Thursday night from October 10 through December 6, 2018 at the Culinary Arts Center located in downtown Glens Falls at 14 Hudson Avenue.Advanced Food Prep I Culinary Students design and implement menus following the nutritional guidelines established by the American Heart Association and produce a diet analysis of the menu to be served at our dining facility Seasoned @ 14 Hudson, under consultation of Chef Matthew Bolton. This is an advanced culinary course introducing theories and procedures of recipe and menu modification. The Dining Room Service class runs the front of the house operation, such as wait staff, bartender, host and manager.

Start time for Dinner service is 5:30pm. Seating available at 5:30, 5:45, 6:00, 6:15, 6:30, 6:45 and 7:00.
Reservations preferred.

Four course gourmet meal in fine dining setting consisting of appetizer, intermezzo, entrée,  and dessert.
Dinner includes soda, tea and coffee.

Now offering Cash Bar featuring beer and wine.

Cost is $24.95 (tax included) per person

Note: Until further notice, we ask that patrons pay by cash or check. Credit card processing is expected to begin later this fall. We appreciate your patience as we set up and install brand new systems.

LUNCH

Lunch is to go or dine in from Oct. 9 to Dec. 6, every Tuesday 11:30am-7pm & Thursday 11:30am-1:30pm (reservations are not needed for lunch).

Culinary Students prepare and serve an a la carte menu of soups, salads and sandwiches for take-out and sit down lunches. Focus is on theories and techniques for lunch preparation at our dining facility Seasoned @ 14 Hudson.

Assorted selection of bakeshop products including pastries, pies, bagels, breads, cookies, candies, compound butters, jams, coffee and JUST Water. Dependent on bakeshop course production.

*Lunch and Dinner Will Not Be Served Over Thanksgiving Break (11/20 - 11/23).
