"I'm in the Chemistry Club and Dr. O'Connor told us about research she is doing with undergraduate students developed by Purdue University to measure the antioxidant capacity in different foods. I'm working with her to research the antioxidant levels in black tea, green tea and oolong tea. In April we are going to the American Chemical Society meeting at Siena College for the annual Undergraduate Research Symposium to share the research we've conducted.

SUNY Adirondack has been a great stepping stone for me, having been awarded a scholarship made the decision to come here an easy one.

I've applied to the University of Buffalo, SUNY Geneseo and Stonybrook, I haven't made a decision yet as to where I will be transferring in the fall but I am going to major in Biochemistry."
