Transcript

A transcript request must be made by the student either by letter, email, fax or in person. Official transcripts (with a raised college seal) are $7. Same day transcript service is $15. 

Letters and faxed requests must include the following information:

  • Full name (and all names under which you attended SUNY Adirondack)
  • Social Security number or Banner Student ID
  • Date of birth
  • Address where the transcripts should be sent
  • Singature of the requester

You may also scan or take a picture of your signed request with your phone and send it directly to transcripts@sunyacc.edu.

Charge card payments can be made through NELNET.  Click on the e-cashier icon to pay by charge or debit card. Please note that this will result in a delay of about one week. 

Unofficial transcripts

Unofficial copies are available, without charge, online through Banner, which is found under College Apps on the College's website. You will need your Banner Student ID number to use Banner.
