Help Desk Services
Any faculty member who is experiencing difficulty in a classroom can contact the help desk immediately by calling 743-2226 or ext. 2226 from any campus phone or for quicker service submit a SysAid ticket using the "Classroom" category. If you call, a technician will attempt to assist over the phone and/or someone will be deployed to the classroom when necessary.
If the problem does not need immediate attention, please indicate this during the call or when you submit your ticket along with the room number and issue you are experiencing. A technician will respond as soon as the room is available.
Students who are in need of assistance may call the help desk during the listed hours of operation or may send an email firstname.lastname@example.org from their SUNY Adirondack email account.
Help Desk Hours of Operation During Academic Semesters
Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
The Information Technology Department is located in Scoville 103. If you have issues regarding equipment located in your office, please submit a SysAid ticket using the "Office Issue" category.
Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Voicemail is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
