Bill Adjustment / Refund Schedule

Students who officially withdraw from the College, or reduce the number of credit hours for which they initially registered, may be eligible for a bill adjustment. The percentage of adjustment is determined by the date the student completes a Request for Adjustment form at the Registrar's Office, according to the schedule noted below. Federal aid recipients who completely withdraw before completing 60% of the semester will be subject to the federal government's Return of Title IV Funds regulation for federal financial aid.
