Students will need to register for an account first by clicking "Sign Up Now."  Students will need their Student ID number (Self Service Banner #) to complete the registration process.  Once a student has registered, he or she can add funds to their own account.  Or, on the right side of their welcome page, students can email a parent, grandparent or other family member requesting more funds!

If you have any questions about the sign up process or how to add more funds, contact the FSA Business Office at 518.681.5610.

TimberBucks do not expire -- ever.  Once the funds have been added to a student's account, the student may spend those TimberBucks until the balance has been depleted.

TimberBucks are refundable for a two-week window at the conclusion of the spring semester only.

For more questions about refunds, contact the FSA Business Office at 518.681.5610.
