Kelsey joined Upward Bound in the summer of 2011 as a Program Assistant. She was a Program Assistant for the following three summers. After a year hiatus and working at The Prevention Council of Saratoga County, Kelsey rejoined the Upward Bound staff as the Assistant Project Director in July of 2014. In October 2015 she was appointed as the Project Director. She is a graduate of Siena College with a degree in Psychology and received her M.S. in School Counseling from Sage Graduate School. Kelsey is originally from Chestertown, NY.

Tony became the Assistant Project Director in January 2016. Tony brings with him his passion and love for working with high school youth along with 10 years of experience working at public and private higher education institutions. Before joining the Upward Bound Family, he spent the last year as the Director of College and Career Readiness at Albany Leadership Charter High School for Girls (ALH). Prior to ALH he spent six years at Siena College as their Assistant Director of Admissions\Coordinator of Multicultural Recruitment and Director of the Bonner Service Leaders Program. He received his Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from Paul Smith’s College; and his Bachelors of Professional Studies and Masters in Business Administration from SUNY Polytechnic Institute (formerly known as SUNY Institute of Technology). Tony is a native of Brooklyn, New York.
Molly Stewart joined Upward Bound in December 2012 as an Academic Specialist. She graduated from Westfield State University with a B.A. in Education with a concentration in Mathematics. She has worked in non-profits and private schools dedicated to serving youth in the inner cities. Molly lives in Queensbury with her family and is excited to be a support to High school students in Upward Bound.
