Don't miss this unique one-day mini-conference, developed to infuse a spirit of creativity and innovation into the realms of science, technology, engineering, entrepreneurship, arts and math (STEEAM)! STEEAM AHEAD is open to students, faculty, staff and community members ages 17 and older. The day's activities will include:

  • Keynote speech: Kevin R. (Randy) Stewart, PhD: "Innovation in a Rapidly Changing World – Don’t Believe Everything You Know"
  • Panel discussion: "The Science and Technology Adirondack Studios Uses to Generate a Creative Outcome" by the staff of Adirondack Studios in Argyle, NY
  • Interactive workshops: "Hands-On, Minds-On STEAM Discovery" by Catherine Gilbert, VP of the Children's Museum of Science and Technology in Troy, NY and "STEEAM into Business" by Kate Baker, Director of SUNY Adirondack Business Central.
  • Lunch

Pre-registration is required. STEEAM AHEAD is open to students, faculty and community members ages 17 and older.
