Every Wednesday night at the Culinary Arts Center from February 14 - May 2.

American Regional Cuisine themed dinners are planned by the Advanced Food Prep 2 culinary students under consultation of Chef Matthew Bolton.

Start time for dinner is 6 p.m. and seating is available at 6, 6:15, 6:30, 6:45 and 7 p.m.

The three course gourmet meal in a fine dining setting includes an appetizer, entree, dessert and beverages (soda, coffee, tea).

Cost is $23.95 per person (tax included).

The students create and implement their menus as well as the restaurant setting based on the region they are assigned for a portfolio project.

This project lets them use the knowledge of different cuisines creatively. The students during their assigned week will manage different types of recipes via region, organize staff tasks, ordering, costing, leadership roles and work ethic in a professional kitchen setting. 

The Dining Room Service class runs the front of the house operation, such as wait staff, host and manager.

*Please note dinner will not be served on March 14.
