Current, New, and Returning Matriculated students are encouraged to use the Scheduler Planner software available in the Self-Service Banner registration area via the MySUNYADK portal Course and Registration Link to develop their optimal, conflict-free schedule after meeting with an Advisor to select courses for the semester. Record keeping
The Registrar’s Office is the official record keeper on campus.
The office conducts the following services:
• Certifies student enrollment
• Collects immunization records
• Confers degrees
• Veterans' certification
• Issues academic transcripts
• Maintains the official academic record of each student
• Processes course registrations, including drop/add forms and course withdrawals
• Processes grades
• Processes name and address changes
